Samsung unveiled its new smartphone in the M series the M40. The phone targets the sub Rs.20K segment of users. So in this article let's take a look at the price in India & Specifications of the phone.

Samsung Galaxy M40 Price in India
The Samsung Galaxy M40 price in India is set at Rs.19,990 for the sole 6GB RAM + 128 GB Storage variant. The phone will go on sale from 18 July on Amazon India at 12pm IST. It comes in Midnight Blue & Seawater Blue color options.


Samsung Galaxy M40 Specifications
The Samsung Galaxy M40 runs on Android 9.0 Pie on top of OneUI.It features a 6.3-inch Infinity O Display with Corning Gorilla Glass 3 Protection. The display panel also sports a screen sound technology that produces sound vibrations on the phone. The phone is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 675 SoC with Adreno 612 GPU.


In terms of optics, it sports a triple rear camera setup with a 32MP Primary sensor with an f/1.7 lens. The secondary sensor is a 5MP Depth sensor with and the tertiary camera is an 8MP Wide angle sensor. On the front, it sports a 16Mp Selfie shooter.

Connectivity options on the phone include 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS/ A-GPS, and a USB Type-C port. There is also a fingerprint sensor at the back. Samsung has provided a 3,500mAh battery that works with a built-in 15W fast charging technology. The Samsung Galaxy M40 has 7.9mm of thickness and 168 grams of weight.
