What is Fuchsia OS?


Fuchsia OS is an Upcoming OS From Google which has been created to get rid of certain limitations & problems that we have with Android. The OS will evolve over time on its own. It is different from all other operating systems that are currently available for mobile phones, tablets, and even notebooks. Unlike Android which uses a Linux Kernal, the Fuchsia OS uses a custom microkernel called as "zircon" It was formerly known as "magenta". 

How does Fuchsia OS Look & Feel?


The Home-screen on Fuchsia is only a page loaded with cards that show the variety of Functions, apps, user profiles, and more. You can look through these cards to check data, open apps, a Google Now page, and so on. These cards can be moved around and put in any order you like. The OS looks perfect and minimal, however, we don’t know many individuals might want a home-screen loaded with cards.

The Need of Fuschia OS?


First off, the organization likely needs a single OS for each of its gadgets. The majority of Google’s items, for example, the Pixel phones, Chromebook, Smart speakers, and other gadgets, could, in the end, keep running on this new OS.

One of the advantages that Fuchsia will have over Android OS is that like Apple, Google will now be able to straightforwardly push OS(System Updates) and security updates to gadgets running the Fuchsia OS more efficiently and never again depend on OEMs and system administrators.

Another Advantage with Fuschia OS is that it supports Apps based on Flutter so what it means is that the existing Android apps that we use will be completely compatible with Fuschia OS.So we need not make different apps for the Fuchsia OS.Google has also added support for the "Swift" programming language which is used by Apple to create IOS and MacOS.The Fuchsia OS can run on basically any electronic gadget whether it is a Smartphone, Laptop, A smart home Hub or even a Connected Car.
