Huawei has launched their latest flagship device in India. It is the first phone from the Mate series to make it to India. The phone was launched globally last month. The phone has a lot of the world's first features. The phone is the first to be powered by Kirin 980 which is the first SoC to have been manufactured on the 7nm process. The Huawei Mate 20 Pro Price in India is set at Rs.69,990 for the 6GB RAM / 128GB Storage variant. The phone will be available in Emerald Green & Twilight color options.
The phone will be available for purchase exclusively through Amazon from 3 December for Prime members and 4 December for everyone. Huawei has unveiled a bundle offer where the Sennheiser PXC 550 wireless headphones are bundled at Rs. 71,990 - this is said to be an early bird limited offer.
Huawei Mate 20 Pro Specifications
The Huawei Mate 20 Pro runs on EMUI 9.0 on top of Android 9.0 Pie. The phone features a 6.39 inch QHD+curved OLED display with an aspect ratio of 19:5:9 and 86.9% screen to body ratio. The Huawei Mate 20 Pro is powered by the flagship Hisilicon Kirin 980 SoC. Storage is expandable via Nano memory card. The phone has an in-display fingerprint scanner for unlocking the phone
In Terms of optics, the Mate 20 Pro bears a triple rear camera setup similar to the  Huawei P20 Pro.
It has a 40MP Primary Wide angle sensor with f/1.8 aperture, a 20MP ultra wide angle sensor with f/2.2 aperture and a third 8MP telephoto sensor with up to 3X Optical Zoom with f/2.4 aperture. On the front, it sports a 24MP Selfie Camera with f/2.0 aperture and 3D face scanning capabilities. There is a 4,200mAh Battery with support for 40W Quick Charging. The phone also supports 15W wireless charging and reverse wireless charging capability.
Connectivity options include 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11ac, dual-band Bluetooth v5.0, Bluetooth v5.0 LE with aptX, GPS/ A-GPS, GLONASS, and a USB Type-C port. Sensors onboard are an accelerometer, ambient light sensor, barometer, electronic compass, gyroscope, an infrared sensor, in-display fingerprint sensor, and proximity sensor. Dimensions of the handset are 157.8x72.3x8.6mm and weight is around 189 grams.
