The MIUI 10 global stable version is getting rolled to select xiaomi devices like Xiaomi Mi Y2,Redmi Note 5 ,Redmi Note 5 Pro,Mi Mix,Mi Mix 2 etc.Xiaomi is pushing the update through various batches & it is very likely that most of the new xiaomi devices will get this update soon.If you can't wait for the OTA Update .You can download & Flash the Beta ROM of MIUI 10.\

My Opinion
MIUI 10 is really well designed and has some of the best features up its sleeve.The MIUI 10 is the best of xiaomi .The UI is well designed and the AI pre-load feels very fast.The improvements in Notification Shade and Recents Tabs is the Best visible change.Overall it is the Best UI available on any smartphone.
